Your Story
No one knows your testimony like you do. Use this to your advantage. Share with others what life was like before putting your faith and trust in Jesus Christ and how the Lord transformed your life to live for Him.
Keep it short.
Share what life was like before Christ.
Describe how you made the decision.
Explain the impact and how life looks today.
Clearly present the Gospel.
Gospel Wheel
1. The Core: The Gospel Message
At the very center of the wheel lies the core message of Christianity. 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 states that Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again.
2. The Four Quadrants
The wheel is divided into four sections that flow naturally into one another:
God's Character: Begins by explaining that God is loving and holy.
Verses: John 3:16 and Revelation 4:8b.Man's Character (Sin): Explains that everyone has sinned and that sin separates us from God.
Verses: Romans 3:23 and Romans 6:23.The Cross: Illustrates God’s solution to the problem of sin through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
Verse: Romans 5:8.Trust: Clarifies the required response for salvation—placing one's belief and trust in Jesus.
Verse: Acts 16:31
3 Circles
1. Circle One: God's Design
The Concept: The presenter draws the first circle on the far left and labels it God's Design.
The Message: God created the world with perfect beauty, peace, and harmony, intending for humans to live in a close relationship with Him.The Transition: The presenter notes that looking at the world today makes it obvious we no longer live in that perfect design.
2. The First Arrow: Sin
The Concept: An arrow is drawn pointing from the first circle to a second circle on the right.
The Message: Humanity chose to ignore God and walk away from His layout. This willful independence and rebellion against God is called sin.
3. Circle Two: Brokenness
The Concept: The presenter draws the second circle and labels it Brokenness.
The Message: Leaving God's plan leads directly to a fractured world full of pain, suffering, empty pursuits, and strained relationships. The Visual Detail: People naturally try to escape this pain using "escape loops" (represented by small squiggly arrows bouncing out of the circle and looping right back in). These false remedies include careerism, substance use, relationships, or religion, but they all fail to cure the underlying issue.
4. Circle Three: The Gospel
The Concept: The presenter draws a third circle below the first two and labels it The Gospel (or Jesus).
The Message: God saw our suffering and provided the only real solution. Jesus came down, lived a perfect life, died on the cross to pay for our sins, and rose from the grave to conquer death.
5. The Second Arrow: Repent and Believe
The Concept: An arrow is drawn pointing from Brokenness down into The Gospel.
The Message: Simply knowing about Jesus is not enough. A person must repent (turn away from their own way of living) and believe (trust Jesus completely as Savior and Lord).
6. The Third Arrow: Recover and Pursue
The Concept: A final arrow is drawn from The Gospel back up into God's Design.
The Message: When someone surrenders to Jesus, their relationship with God is restored. The Holy Spirit empowers them to recover their purpose and pursue God's original intention for their life moving forward.
The Call to Action
The presentation concludes by putting the listener in the driver's seat. Pointing to the paper, the presenter asks two diagnostic questions:"Where do you see yourself right now?" (Most people point to Brokenness)."Where would you like to be?" (Most say God's Design). This sets up a direct, natural invitation for the listener to pray, turn away from sin, and place their faith in Jesus.
“For I passed on to you as most important what I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.”
