Nursery
The Liberty Baptist Church Nursery is the place for all children four-years-old and younger. The Nursery is open from 8:10am - Noon each Sunday. Children can be checked in during any of the available check-in times. While in the Nursery, children are taught Bible lessons and enjoy playtime, snacks, and crafts.
During the 9:45am Sunday School hour, classes are held in the Nursery for ages two and three. Nursery Sunday School classes follow various curriculums designed to teach young children Bible stories in a memorable way.
Sunday School
Every Sunday from 9:45am - 10:45am, LBC Kids Sunday School consists of four age-appropriate classes that follow the Bible Studies for Life curriculum designed for each age group. Each class takes a close look at Bible stories through discussion-based teaching and hands-on participation. The classes are taught in the kid’s area for children four-years-old through 5th grade. Check-in stations are open from 9:15am - 10am.
Children's Church & LBC Kid's Church
Children participate in worship, interactive Bible study, team-building games, and a responsive activity. Children’s Church and Kid’s Church are held in the kid’s area from 8:30am - 9:30am and 11am - Noon.
Children's Church is for children four-years-old through kindergarten and is taught from the Gospel Project curriculum by rotating teachers.
Kid's Church is for 1st - 5th graders and is taught from various curriculums by Dottie Rhoads and rotating teachers.
Cherub Choir & KIDSing
Sunday evenings from 5:00-5:50 in the fall and spring, the children’s choir practices for two music programs and for participation in corporate worship, occurring several times a year. A snack supper is provided at the end of the hour before Awana begins.
Cherub Choir is for Pre-K and Kindergarten. Children have fun exploring different instruments and learning age appropriate songs for the two yearly musicals.
KIDSing is for 1st - 5th graders. The musicals include a wide variety of musical and acting talent.
AWANA
AWANA is designed to reach kids with the Gospel and engage them in long-term discipleship. AWANA is provided for children Age 2 through 5th grade. Each week, the children enjoy high-energy games and strengthen their foundation of biblical knowledge through verse memorization, working through handbooks, and engaging in small and large group lessons. AWANA meets from August-May on Sunday evenings from 6:00-7:30pm.
