The Benevolence Ministry provides food and minor financial support for area residents experiencing unexpected financial hardships.

Liberty Baptist Weekday Preschool

For 36 years, Liberty Baptist has operated a half-day weekday preschool program. The preschool has two classes that meet on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for 3-year-olds and two classes that meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for 4-year-olds. Each of the four classes has a teacher and a teacher's aide. The classes use A Beka preschool curriculum and do an excellent job of preparing students for kindergarten in a loving, Christ-centered environment.

Library

Located on the adult Sunday school hall, the Liberty Baptist Church Library offers fiction and non-fiction Christian books as well as other media resources to church members. The library's goal is to provide materials that provide inspiration and knowledge to further the Christian growth of library users. The library is open Sunday mornings and evenings and Wednesday evenings as well as during regular church office hours, 8:00 to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Cemetery

A board of trustees oversees the Liberty Cemetery, located just a few blocks from the church off Lee-Grant Avenue. The historic cemetery serves not only members of the church, but also the surrounding area. Thanks to a generous gift by former member and resident Thomas Smith, the cemetery recently expanded into a new section that will provide space for burials for years to come. Contact the church office if you would like to speak to the cemetery representative about purchasing burial plots.
